A selection of work completed recently

Studio 3AM are one of our long term graphic design partners. A Sydney based design studio, they realise designs for the likes of Sony, Porsche and TEDX. We built their new 2021 website with a component driven approach for flexible layouts and effective reuse of features, giving the power to the 3AM team to control their website and showcase their work as they need. We brought their identity, branding and styleguide to life as a complete web design and e-commerce experience, leveraging our experience and knowledge and love for collaboration.

WOMEN Inc. is an ambitious team of world changers who together with their ambassadors and the Supervisory Board, are committed to greater equality in the Netherlands. They needed a website and set of tools to build and conduct campaigns, with often more than 10 campaigns running at a single time. We built a tagging and categorisation platform for their various types of content, and a component based page builder, that could be used and deployed both on the main website but also for campaigns. On a single login, administrators are able to hop between websites and contribute where required, even applying vastly different styles (eg: https://www.ditwerktwel.nl/ as picture) and functionality.

We leveraged multiple APIs to build a web app, the Sungevity Roofscan, that scans your roof and gives an estimate on installation capability and cost. We then coupled the Roofscan with multiple other conversion tools, as well as analytics, and integrated these systems into their chosen CRM. This setup enabled Sungevity to readily capture statistics and user actions to analyse test results more effectively and efficiently, meaning more effective marketing and more conversions.

Introdans is an iconic dance studio based in Arnhem, known throughout Netherlands and Europe. They came to us with their design partner Alleburen to realise their new website based on their new brandbook. We took their fresh new design and conducted UX surveys, created Profiles, Stories and Journeys before wireframing the new structure and flows. We then brought all our ideas and research to life with a web design to match.

Introdans had many data channels that needed to be supported, both internally and externally, so we leveraged multiple APIs to build simple systems in the backend of the site, allowing syncing across all channels in real time within a singular interface. Finally rich content in Live Streaming and e-commerce was integrated to truly become a full service, singular system that empowered the management at Introdans to control their new digital home!

Pop Trading Company is a leading skate culture brand with a store in Amsterdam as well as pop up stores around the world. An international brand, Pop required a more robust and effective ecommerce solution and marketing tool. We migrated their Magento 2 website to Shopify and built a custom theme, adopting their existing clean and minimal design and utilising the amazing photography and videography on hand. In addition to the new website, we synced their accounting software to Shopify, reducing time needed for both day-to-day and quarterly reporting, and integrated their online system with their Point of Sale system in store.

11 hubs representing 25 countries, 3 different languages, maintained by 10 different administrators from – The DesignThinkers Academy network is a series of subsites in a network providing each administrator with access to their own section of the overall website. Admins have the ability to build their own features, adjust design elements and personalise their pages. We built a custom calendar plugin for admins to easily build courses, control calendar displays and feature courses from other hubs, as well as a custom banner builder and signup procedure. We utilise a Content Delivery Network and Object Caching to provide a fast browsing experience to all hubs across the globe, ensuring all participants have a great user experience when accessing course descriptions and materials.

Fix je Privacy is a movement for internet freedom in the Netherlands which focuses on freedom of communication and privacy. While these two fundamental rights have been built up and strengthened in the offline world over time in the hope for an open and just society, the lines are blurred in the digital space.

We helped Fix je Privacy build a tool for young people to learn and understand their privacy and rights on the internet. We were tasked with building a platform that support a large amount of content that could be easily searched, discovered and displayed to a wide audience. A large focus was put on building the site with security in mind, within a closed loop and without 3rd party tools or services, as well as accessibility. Content, Tools & Tips were grouped into Themes to deliver useful content broken down into Steps and filtered by different metrics.

The market is calling out for diversity in tech and Xena is listening. Instance helped Xena realise goal of becoming a prominent, mission driven business dedicated to the advancement of girls and women in technology.
